Where does the gift message go?

The message stays with the product line and its nested wrapping line, and appears in cart and order details.

  • Enable Collect a gift message in gift wrap settings and set the label, e.g. "Gift message".
  • The default word limit is 50 words; you can change it in Settings.
  • The message is attached to the product and its wrapping line, so it reaches your order details and fulfillment workflow with the wrapped item.
